1. Background / Personal Story
I am pharmacist and worked at FAME Pharmaceutical as factory director before I came to Japan. My passion for bridging cultures and creating meaningful change led me to pursue an MBA in Japan. With a strong interest in marketing, management, supply chain, leadership, and development, I aim to contribute to sustainable business practices and support the growth of future leaders in my country.
2. Scholarship Experience
I first heard about the LCDP Scholarship through MJC Facebook and email. The program’s mission to empower young professionals truly resonated with me. Receiving this scholarship has been a life-changing opportunity—not only easing financial burdens but also inspiring me to aim higher and represent my community with pride.
3. Academic or Personal Growth
My time at IUJ has been full of growth, both academically and personally. I’ve developed skills in digital marketing, strategic management, supply chain, leadership, sustainable transformation, finance and technology and cross-cultural communication. A proud moment was being selected for the 2024 X-Culture Global Symposium in the U.S., where I worked with international teams and learned from top business leaders. I also received best poster awards for my research presentation. By participating in community events with Japanese local people, I was able to build meaningful bonds with the local community. Since one of the scholarship’s goals is to strengthen the relationship between Japan and Myanmar, this experience also gave me a valuable opportunity to learn about Japanese culture and values.
