Cinthiyar is an experienced pharmaceutical and healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Business Development, factory and operations management, and New Project Development in Myanmar. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and an MBA in Marketing & Management from the International University of Japan (IUJ), completed in 2025. During her studies, she participated in international academic programs, including the X-Culture Global Symposium at Saint Louis University, USA, where she was selected as one of 50 students worldwide.

She has held various management positions at FAME Pharmaceuticals Industry Co., Ltd., with extensive experience in marketing strategy, product development and launches, CRM, healthcare professional engagement, pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, GMP, cleanroom facilities, regulatory requirements, and business development. Her MBA research focused on Customer Relationship Management, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and order volume in the pharmaceutical industry. She has also served as a Teaching Assistant for Marketing Management at IUJ and has been involved in professional training, seminars, and knowledge-sharing activities in Myanmar.

Currently, Cinthiyar serves as Marketing & Project Director at FAME Pharmaceuticals Industry Co., Ltd., leading marketing, business development, new product and project development, and strategic initiatives. Her professional interests include Healthcare Business, Pharmaceutical Marketing, global sales and marketing, CRM, Strategic Management, Digital Transformation, Industry 5.0, and Japanese Management Practices.
